We would like to give new residents a "heads up" in advance that, in just about two weeks, the township will continue its annual tradition of welcoming new residents to town with its "Welcome to Livingston" picnic event. This year the picnic is planned, rain or shine, for Monday, September 12, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the Livingston Senior/Community Center, located at 204 Hillside Avenue.
