Police Report Another Spree Of Motor Vehicle Crimes

The Livingston Police Department reported another rash of motor vehicle-related crimes that occurred in the last seven days, including three vehicles stolen and multiple instances involving criminals illegally entering unlocked vehicles. On Monday, August 22, at 3:22 a.m., police found a suspicious vehicle parked on Brown Court. Officers determined that the vehicle had been reported stolen in Newark at 1:48 a.m. that morning. Following an investigation, officials found that two cars, a BMW and an Audi, had been stolen out of a driveway on Brown Court. Police officials noted that keys were left in the Audi.
