New Outdoor Seating For Landmark Approved by Livingston Zoning Board

The Livingston Zoning Board of Adjustment heard four applications, two commercial and two residential, at its meeting on September 27. All were approved.   Outdoor Seating at Landmark   There was much discussion about the application by The Landmark Pub, LLC, located at 259 West Mt. Pleasant Avenue, to construct a new seasonal outdoor seating area.
