The Livingston Zoning Board of Adjustment, after several hours of discussion at its November 29 meeting, announced that it would recess the application by Mark and Judy Tabak for additions and alterations to their home at 8 Windermere Court, the former Kean estate mansion. The matter will be continued at the Board’s February 28 meeting. The Board heard one other application, approving variances for the conversion of the upper level of the restaurant building located at 21-25 East Northfield Road into an apartment.
