The 53rd annual Livingston Township Golf Outing will be held on Monday, May 20, at the Cedar Hill Country Club in Livingston.The cost of the event includes golf, lunch, cocktail hour and dinner. Early registration is encouraged, as the event is limited to the first 120 golfers.Proceeds from the event will benefit the volunteer Livingston First Aid Squad (LFAS), which is celebrating 74 years of voluntary service to the community. The squad is dependent on contributions to maintain service, medical equipment, training and ambulance replacement.Funds raised in this event will go toward the purchase of a Lund University Cardiopulmonary Assist System (LUCAS). The device provides mechanical chest compressions to patients in cardiac arrest and will help LFAS better respond to cardiac emergencies.Additional information and registration forms are available by contacting committee chairman Pat Ippolito at pippolit@kean.edu.
