KARNIVAL IS IN TOWN: The annual Kiwanis Karnival is in town this week through Saturday, May 20, at the fairgrounds on East Northfield Road, near Livingston Tire. Open evenings from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., the Karnival will have a “pay one price” option on Saturday, from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., allowing unlimited rides. At the start of the Monday, May 15, Township Council meeting, the Council acknowledged that the Kiwanis Karnival would be running all week, and gave members of Livingston Kiwanis Club the opportunity to discuss the organization. The club is in its 94th year of service in the community, and the mayor also issued Livingston Kiwanis a proclamation.
