Livingston’s President’s Volunteer Service Award Ceremony will be held on Monday, June 12, at 7 p.m. inside the Livingston Senior/Community Center.
The awards recognize residents in the community for their volunteer service and commitment to improving Livingston.
Vedanth Vivek, Shourya Bansal, Michelle Lemieux, Ryan Greenberg, Shane Samuels, Keith Hines, and Martha Ackermann will be honored as community resident volunteers.
The following members of the Livingston First Aid Squad will receive awards: Al Epstein, Matthew Hoffman, Pat Ippolito, David Katz, Caroline Kelly, Sharlene Komatsu, Camille Massoni, Scott Maynard, Alex Covan, Stacey Melhorn, Al Montagna, Sara Navi, Andrew Rosenberg, Barbara Sherman, Elliot Sherman, Stuart Slotnick, and Evan Tamasco.
Franklin Leck, Gary Stajek, William Gethard, Vincent Kulick, Ralph Rea, Herbert Schilling, Jr., Norman Mitschele, Jr., Sergeant Gardner, Craig Handschuch, Anthony Del-Tufo, and James Hardman of the Livingston Fire Department will also receive awards.
Members of Livingston’s Police Auxiliary will be honored, as well, specifically: Yishay Amiri, Michael DiMuro, Mike Golan, Bozhena Korobkina, Leonard Luciano, Jigar Mehta, Emeric Michoud, Frederic Friedman, Jason McArthur, Avinesh Sur, Matthew Tamasco, David Zalayet, Marc Tarabour, James Cowan, and Richard Vasquez.
First responders Craig Dufford, Edward Chedister, Mark Fusari, Craig Melhorn, Robert Waldron, Darin Dubrow, Jason Sharenow, and Michael Hornstein will receive awards.
The following members of the Hatzalah FirstAid will be recognized: Samuel Diament, Daniel Greenberg, Mendel Rosenblum, and Jeffrey Ruderman.
