The family of William (Billy) Kolarsick, 63, formerly of Livingston, New Jersey, is saddened to announce his passing on November 28, 2022 at his home in Tierra Verde, Florida.
Billy was predeceased by his mother, Mary Madden Kolarsick, in 1963; his father, LeRoy D. Kolarsick, in 2006; and his brother, Martin J. Kolarsick, in 2017. Billy is survived by his seven siblings and their spouses, Roy W. and Margaret Kolarsick; Karen A. Kolarsick and Thomas Traina; Linda Kolarsick and Barry Clark; Charles D. and Kathleen Kolarsick; Sue A. and Jimmy DeLong; Mary Kolarsick Wilson; and Claire Kolarsick. He also leaves his uncle, Fr. William T. Madden, MM; his sister-in-law, Louise Kolarsick; his three Godchildren, William James Clark, Christopher McCarthy; and Caleigh Roselle; 18 nieces and nephews; 24 great-nieces and nephews; and his beloved dog, Jed.
Billy was a lover of the sea, the mountains, and baseball. He shared these interests with his lifelong friends, Jon Elfin, David Terry, Brian Tahaney, Michael Schoor, Joe Cicco, and Michael W. Wolchesky, as well as Sean Farley and James McCarthy, his best friends, who were always there for him; and especially Jimmy, who donated a kidney in 2008, for which Billy’s family is eternally grateful.
We will always see Billy in our hearts with a smile, and that twinkle in his eye. “He will make the face of heaven so fine.” Time to Say Goodbye: 11 a.m. Mass January 21, 2023 St. Raphael’s R.C. Church Livingston, New Jersey
