Livingston Police officers recovered a stolen moving truck in town last week.
At 4:49 p.m. on Thursday, June 29, Livingston Police officers were alerted via a township license plate reader of a stolen U-Haul truck that had just entered town.
Officers responded to the area, located the U-Haul truck on East Cedar Street, and conducted a traffic stop.
The U-Haul truck had been reported stolen out of Jersey City on June 21.
After an on scene investigation by the officers, both occupants of the truckwereplacedunder arrest. Nicole Odom, 38, and Orlando Green, 55, both of Jersey City, were arrested and transported to police headquarters.
They were charged with receiving stolen property and released on a summons.
