TWO BMWS CRASH

TWO BMWS CRASH: At 12:56 p.m. on Monday, January 16, Livingston Police officers responded to the intersection of Eisenhower Parkway and Walnut Street on a report of a motor vehicle crash with a rollover. Upon their arrival, they found a 2021 BMW 228 had rolled over and a 2013 BMW 328 was disabled with front end damage at the intersection. A traffic light was also knocked down. An investigation revealed that the operator of the 2021 BMW 228, a 25-year-old North Caldwell woman, was traveling north on Eisenhower Parkway and failed to yield to the red light, causing a collision with the 2013 BMW 328. The 328 was being operated by a 30-year-old North Brunswick man and was traveling on Walnut Street, crossing the intersection with Eisenhower Parkway, at the time of the collision. MI Photo
