Last week’s West Essex Tribune featured Livingston Philanthropies, Inc. (LPI) volunteer Alan Levin ensuring that Livingston’s generous donations are ready for distribution. The donations are sent to families living below the poverty line and unhoused individuals in Newark. This week his brother Rick Levin, Livingston High School graduate of 1970 and founding LPI volunteer, handles the donation process on the other end: delivery to Newark’s Bessie Green Community, Inc..
