CRASH IN FRONT OF TOWN HALL: At 9:51 a.m. on Thursday, January 26, Livingston Police officers responded to a motor vehicle crash at the intersection of South Livingston Avenue and the southbound portion of Civic Center Road. Upon officers’ arrival, they located a 2000 Toyota 4Runner and 2018 Subaru Forester crashed and disabled in the intersection. An investigation revealed that the operator of the 4Runner, Scott Patteson, 34, of South Orange, was traveling north on South Livingston Avenue. According to the police report, he failed to yield the right of way and made a left turn onto Civic Center Road in front of the operator of the Subaru, Warren Triner 49, of Livingston, who was traveling south on South Livingston Avenue.
