LHS VARSITY SOFTBALL WINS TWO OF THREE: The Lancers defeated the Verona Hillbillies, 5-1, in an away game on Monday, May 6. They returned home on Wednesday, May 8, to defeat Columbia, 10-1. Livingston hosted Donovan Catholic on Thursday, May 9, and were defeated by the Griffins, 11-9. A Livingston victory on Tuesday would propel the Lancers into the ECT semifinals on Friday and, hopefully, the finals on Saturday at Ivy Hill Park on the Seton Hall University Campus.
