Dr. Tao Zhen Lin of Livingston, died June 5 at Morristown Memorial Hospital. She was 86 years old.
Dr. Lin was born May 2, 1938, in Shanghai, China. She was the daughter of Mr. Cao Lin and Mrs. Sanmei Chen. Dr Lin was predeceased by Dr. Cailou Yan, her husband of 49 years, who died in 2014.
Surviving Dr. Lin are her children, Weibiao and Donglei Yan; and her four grandchildren.
A memorial gathering was held on Saturday, June 8, at Quinn Hopping Funeral Home.
The family has asked that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Dr. Lin’s memory to her favorite charity, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN, 38105.
