100 YEARS YOUNG: Emilia Lamenta was honored by Mayor Al Anthony on June 29, her 100th birthday. Lamenta was born in Italy and married Bonfazio Lamenta before immigrating to the United States in 1960 from Venezuela. She enjoys cooking, baking, entertaining, and spending time with her grandchildren and greatgrandchildren. She has been a Livingston resident for 45 years and says the secret to living a long and fulfilling life is “family, laughter, great food, and a glass of wine.” Lamenta and Mayor Anthony are seen here with Lamenta’s daughter and son-in-law, Josephine and Fernando Ciatti.
