Joseph Michael Brown, Jr., 91, of Neptune and formerly of Livingston, died on Thursday, July 11.
Born September 12, 1932 in Orange, to the late Joseph Sr. and Mabel Brown (Coonan), he graduated from Orange High School. He was a member of the Livingston American Legion Post 201 and the Livingston VFW Post 2856.
Mr. Brown was predeceased by his wife, Eve (Petrucelli), and his daughter, Cynthia McGrath. He leaves behind his daughter, Kathleen Funk and her husband Ronnie; his five grandchildren; and his five greatgrandchildren Madellyn, Mikey, Michael, Charlotte, and Cynthia.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 17, at the LaMonica Memorial Home in Livingston. A Funeral Mass will be offered on Thursday, July 18, at 10 a.m. at St. Philomena’s Church, in Livingston. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover.
