CONSTRUCTION UNDERWAY: A long-in-development housing complex, located on the corner of South Livingston Avenue and East Northfield Road, is nearing completion. The project was approved nearly four years ago, in 2020, and the Northfield Baptist Church and other adjacent buildings were torn down in 2021 to make way for the structure. Construction finally commenced earlier this year and is being completed by Wilco Construction.
