Fradelle Herbst, 88, of Livingston, died on Wednesday, July 31. She was the wife of Milton for 66 years; mother of Clifford Herbst, Leslie Gersho (Marvin), and Alan Herbst (Adina); and grandmother to two.
Services will be private. Livingston’s first female mayor was Doris Beck.
