Planning Board Approves Signs For Cooperman Barnabas Cancer Center

The Livingston Planning Board, at its conference meeting held on Tuesday, September 3, approved a memorializing resolution for Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center at 94 Old Short Hills Road. The resolution approved the inclusion of wayfinding signs and signs for the building’s cancer center.

The Livingston Planning Board, at its conference meeting held on Tuesday, September 3, approved a memorializing resolution for Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center at 94 Old Short Hills Road. The resolution approved the inclusion of wayfinding signs and signs for the building’s cancer center.

The Planning Board reviewed changes to Ordinance No. 25-2024, which would amend the township code of Livingston’s Zoning Map. Specifically, the Board’s referral would permit car washes for conditional useinaB-1 zone located along Eisenhower Parkway and Route 10, with adjusted provisions including the size of lots, fronting, and queuing.

After reviewing the ordinance, the Board agreed to send a letter back to the Township Council and concluded the meeting.

The Planning Board’s next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, September 17, at 7:30 p.m.
