While the West Essex Tribune’s regular readership will not notice many changes to this week’s issue, some are picking up our paper for the first time. This week’s edition is a TMC (Total Market Coverage) issue, the third of four newspapers this year that we will send to every home in Livingston.
We take great pride in being the hometown paper of our more than 30,000 residents, and in being an integral part of Livingston since 1929. We are still standing because Livingston appreciates what we do here, a fact for which we are extremely thankful.
That support is essential to keeping the engine of this newspaper running. A community paper does not approach its 100th anniversary without the backing of the community it covers. For that, we are appreciative of everyone who has picked up a Tribune, whether you subscribe and read it weekly from cover to cover, or buy only the issues featuring friends and family to cut out and save the relevant articles. So to our loyal subscribers: thank you for valuing community news. And to our new readers: welcome to your community newspaper.
