NATIONAL TABLE TENNIS TOURNAMENT

NATIONAL TABLE TENNIS TOURNAMENT: Six Livingston students took part in the Joola 26th Annual North American Team Championships (NATT), held at the Gaylord National Resort in Washington, DC, over Thanksgiving weekend. Livingston students from elementary, middle, and high school earned two championships, one silver medal, and one bronze medal during the three day competition. They are training at Matchpoint TTC in Whippany, and led by head coach Bochao Li. Above, left, team captain Enya Li, an eighth grader at Heritage Middle School, Riker Hill fourth grader Yug Sinha, and Florham Park resident Rassi Zhou secured the Championship in Division 12 out of 16 teams. Above, right, team captain and East Hanover resident Hunter Tsai, Harrison School fourth grader Aaron Li, and Whippany’s Grant Zou took second place in Division 9. Below, left, the team, shown with their coach, was led by LHS tenth grader James Yang, alongside Mt. Pleasant Middle School sixth grader Oishani Mukherjee and Berkley Heights resident Anna Naumova claimed the Division 9 Championship. Below, right, Ishan Rangdal, a seventh grader at Heritage Middle School, led his team to third place in Division 6.
