LHS HOSTS BASKETBALL SHOWCASE

LHS HOSTS BASKETBALL SHOWCASE: Livingston High School Athletics hosted a five-game Basketball Showcase on Saturday, December 21. The schedule included games for the girls’ junior varsity, girls’ varsity, boys’ varsity, boys’ junior varsity, and boys’ freshmen teams. The varsity and junior varsity cheerleading squads also performed. In the girls’ junior varsity game against East Orange, the Lancers defeated East Orange, 41-16. The girls’ varsity team then defeated the Jaguars, 47-36, in the second game of the showcase. The boys’ freshmen team defeated the Millburn Millers, 44 -33, to capture the third game of the Showcase. In the fourth game of the showcase, the boys’ junior varsity team defeated Millburn, 45-42. The boys’ varsity team also defeated the Millers, 67-48, in the final game of the showcase.
