The regular meeting of the Livingston Planning Board that had been scheduled to take place on Tuesday, February 4, was cancelled.
There was a brief conference meeting held to discuss the extension of a resolution with A&M Partnership for applicationnumber 2022-62-PFSPV. The resolution concerns block 107, lot 8.011 on the town’s tax maps, a 6.48 acre parcel located off of Eisenhower Parkway.
In March of 2023, the Planning Board approvedA&M Partnership’s 71 multi-family residential unit application for the parcel.
The application involved the construction of a four-story building, as well as related site improvements, on the property within the township’s R-5M Multifamily Housing Overlay District. A portion of this Eisenhower Parkway parcel will be adjacent to the Pointe at Livingston Condominium Association, an agerestricted 55-and-over community.
In 2023, the applicant proposed the construction of three stories of residential units and associated amenities over a parking garage. The 71 units were to include 57 priced at market rate and 14 set for affordable housing. They range in size from one-bedroom to three-bedroom units. The building also includes residential amenities, recreational, and gym spaces.
