As ofWednesday, January 29, Littell’s Pond is closed for ice skating. Due to warming temperatures, the ice has begun to melt and is too thin for skating.
Officials warn residents to stay off of Littell’s Pond, as it is not safe.“No Skating” signs are posted and must be followed.
The Department of Public Works will continue to monitor the ice at Littell’s Pond.
