He was a 1966 graduate of Livingston High School, a varsity wrestler, and an Eagle Scout; a lifelong gardener, nature and animal lover; and an antiques collector.

He is survived by his daughters, Abbe Cohen Dvomik and Perrin Cohen; his sister, Sheila Reichenstein; his brother, Ed Cohen; his mother, Maxine Cohen; and his grandchildren, Katarina and Luka.

The funeral service was held in Lake Worth, Florida.
