Mrs. Manning Dies at 78
Kathleen Manning (Goeckel) 78, of Spring Lake Heights, died on Thursday, May 16. She grew up in Livingston and was a graduate of East Orange Catholic High School and MountAloysius College in Cresson, Pennsylvania.
Mrs. Manning is survived by her four children, Tim Manning, Bob (Kathy) Manning, Chris Manning, Kate (Corey) Schade; their father, Tim Manning; five grandchildren; and her brother, Jack Goeckel.
She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Jeanette Goeckel; her older sister, Ginny Lennon; and brother, Bob Goeckel.
A funeral mass will be held today, Thursday, May 23, at St. Catharine Church in Spring Lake. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggtests a donation to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
