Mr. Picini is predeceased by his wife, Joan Mae (Tanzillo) Picini; and his siblings, Dominick Picini, Eleanor Parziale and Gloria Picini. He is survived by his children, Frederick Michael Picini Jr., Lisa Picini-Asman, and Mary Beth Picini; five grandchildren; and one greatgrandchild.

AMass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Philomena Church on Thursday, December 12, at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover. The family received their friends on Wednesday, December 11, at LaMonica Memorial Home.
