Mr. Kubichek was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Mary (Lenard) Kubichek; and his brothers, William and Michael.

He is survived by his wife Susan (Goldner) Kubichek; daughters Sandra Lillo and Michelle D’Alessandro;

and his five grandchildren.

Family and friends were invited to attend a visitation on Wednesday, December 18, at Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home. A funeral service will take place on Thursday, December 19, at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 225 Ridgedale Avenue in East Hanover, at 10 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to a charity of the reader’s choice.
