Mrs. Gore was born on July 2, 1942, at St. Barnabas Hospital in Newark, to her parents, Marvin and Helen Slavin. She was an elementary art teacher, working for the Livingston Public School System for almost 40 years.

Mrs. Gore is survived by her husband, Richard Gore; sons Marc and Matthew Gore; sister, Gail Rowinski; two grandchildren; and many extended family members.

Family and friends are welcomed to pay tribute to Mrs. Gore at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, 145 East Mt. Pleasant Ave, Livingston, NJ, on Monday, January 6, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
