Mrs. Oelz was predeceased by her husband, Robert J. Oelz, Sr.; and her son, Robert J. Oelz, Jr. She is survived by her children, Nancy Mehaffey, Bob, Mary Ford, Chris, and Barbara McEvoy; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Family and friends were invited to attend a visitation for Mrs. Oelz at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, on Friday, December 27.AMass was offered on Saturday, December 28 in St. Philomena’s Church, Livingston. Burial followed at Evergreen Cemetery in Hillside.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude’s Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
