Edward F. Sullivan of Seabrook Village, Tinton Falls, New Jersey, formerly of Livingston, New Jersey, passed away on Saturday, July 22, 2023, at home. He served in the United States Navy from 1952 to 1955 and worked as a professional Engineer. In Livingston, Ed served on the Planning Board, Town Council, and as mayor. Ed is survived by his wife, Barbara; and children, Mary Courtien, Barbara Ann Haines, Thomas, James, Michael, and Edward Sullivan. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren. 07/27/2023 04:00 AM
