The conversation between residents and the Council became heated, at times, including some commotion when the ordinanc e was introduced following more than an hour of public comment.

Diane Frieman

Diane Frieman, 79, passed away peacefully on Friday, November 10, in Montclair, with her loving family members by her side. Diane graduated from Millburn High School in 1962. Diane attended Upsala College in East Orange where she was a member of the Chi Delta Sorority. She graduated in 1966. She later met William Frieman and moved to Livingston, to begin their family. Diane worked at her husband, William’s law office as a receptionist in South Orange. When they retired, they moved to the Adirondack Mountains in Jay, New York.
