Dear Editor: With car thefts in town continuing to be a problem, it occurred to me that not everyone in town is familiar with the proper procedure for locking one’s car. So, in the interest of public safety, not to mention helping the police, here are a few simple steps: 1. Slowly and carefully pull into your driveway.
