Planning Board Gives Preliminary Approval To Multi-Family Complex on Eisenhower Parkway

The Livingston Planning Board, at its Tuesday, February 21 meeting, provided direction to its attorney to draft a resolution approving A&M Partnership’s 71 multi-family residential unit application for an unnumbered Eisenhower Parkway parcel. The application will be given final review and is expected to be approved on March 21.

Woman Answers 40 Charges in Court

In Livingston Municipal Court this past week, a Bayshore, New York woman answered 40 charges in connection with depositing fraudulent checks in ATMs. According to court officials, Taylor Eppf, 26, was charged with 20 counts of forgery and 20 counts of theft by deception for depositing fraudulent checks into bank automatic teller machines between June 26 and 30,2022. All 20 checks were for amounts under $500.
